Filters

  • Search — a debounced text field that searches across document number, project name, and author name
  • Status — a dropdown to filter by workflow stage (Draft, Under Review, Approved, Active, Completed)
  • Per Page — a selector to control how many rows are shown (10, 15, 25, 50, or 100)

Row Actions

Each row in the data table provides the following actions:

  • View — opens the full phase plan document in read-only mode
  • Edit — opens the nine-tab wizard for editing (only available if the plan is not yet approved)
  • Download PDF — generates and downloads the phase plan as a formatted PDF document
  • Crew Induction QR — opens a dialog displaying the SVG QR code with a copyable induction URL
  • Delete — permanently removes the phase plan (only available if the plan is not yet approved)

QR Code Dialog

Clicking the Crew Induction QR action opens a dialog containing the SVG QR code for the selected phase plan. Below the QR code is the full induction URL, which can be copied to the clipboard with a single click. This URL can be shared with crew members via email or messaging apps as an alternative to scanning the QR code on site.

Create Phase Plan

The Create Phase Plan button is located at the top of the page. Clicking it launches the nine-tab creation wizard. See the Creating a Phase Plan article for a detailed walkthrough of each step.

Business Rules

  • Approved plans are locked — once a plan reaches the Approved status, it cannot be edited or deleted unless a CoreAdmin reverts it to Draft
  • Version auto-increment — the version number automatically increments each time a plan is updated and saved
  • Audit trail — all status changes and edits are logged with the user and timestamp for compliance purposes
