CoreAdmin (£50/month) has complete access including company settings, billing, and user management. CoreManager (£30/month) has full operational access but cannot modify company settings or billing.

Sub-Users include warehouse staff, technicians, project managers, freelancers, and view-only users. They have limited permissions based on their role but don't need full administrative access. We believe the people doing the work shouldn't be a barrier to adoption, so they're unlimited and free.

Yes! You can add or remove seats and modules at any time from your settings. Changes are prorated, so you only pay for what you use. Upgrading takes effect immediately; downgrading takes effect at your next billing cycle.

Your trial includes all features and modules. After 14 days, you choose which modules to keep and enter payment details. Modules you don't select become read-only (you can view historical data but can't create new records).
