• Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or connected networks
• Circumvent security measures or authentication systems
• Harvest or collect user information without consent
• Engage in denial-of-service attacks or similar activities

3.4 Abuse of Service

• Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
• Exceed your subscription limits or use the Service beyond your entitlement
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use the Service to develop a competing product or service
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or bans

• Infringe on any patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights
• Upload content you don't have the right to use
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

3.6 Fraudulent Activity

• Impersonate any person or entity
• Provide false or misleading information
• Engage in phishing or social engineering attacks
• Create fake accounts or use stolen identities

4. Resource Usage

To ensure fair access for all users, you must not:

• Use excessive storage, bandwidth, or computing resources
• Run automated scripts or bots that generate excessive requests
• Upload files that exceed reasonable size limits
• Use the Service in ways that degrade performance for other users

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining appropriate security for your account

When interacting with NexusRMS support, community forums, or other users, you agree to:

• Treat others with respect and professionalism
• Not harass, threaten, or abuse others
• Not impersonate other users or NexusRMS staff
• Provide accurate information in support requests

7. Reporting Violations

8. Enforcement

• Warning and request to cease the prohibited activity
• Temporary suspension of your account
• Permanent termination of your account without prior notice
• Removal of content that violates this policy
• Reporting violations to law enforcement authorities
• Legal action to recover damages and costs

We may take enforcement action immediately and without prior notice for serious violations, including but not limited to illegal activity, security breaches, or conduct that threatens the safety of other users or the integrity of our Service.

9. No Right to Refund for Violations

If your account is terminated due to a violation of this AUP, you will NOT be entitled to a refund of any fees paid. You may also be liable for any damages caused by your violation, including our costs of investigation and remediation.

10. Cooperation with Authorities

We cooperate with law enforcement and government authorities in investigating potential violations of this policy and applicable laws. We may disclose your information to such authorities without your consent where required by law or where we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary.

11. Changes to This Policy
