Yes. The mobile app is built offline-first. Time clock, equipment scanning, and data entry all work without internet. Data syncs automatically when connectivity restores using a priority queue.

Do I need to download from an app store?

No. NexusRMS is a Progressive Web App that installs directly from your browser. Tap Add to Home Screen and it runs in standalone mode with home screen shortcuts.

What devices are supported?

Any device with a modern web browser: iPhone, Android, iPad, tablets, and laptops. The interface adapts automatically to screen size.

How does background sync work?

When you go offline, actions are queued in local storage. On reconnection, the sync engine processes the queue in priority order — time clock entries first, then equipment scans, then other data. Conflicts are detected and surfaced for resolution.
