Financial Reports
Financial reports provide comprehensive visibility into your organisation’s revenue, expenses, and cash flow. All monetary values respect your configured currency settings, displaying with the appropriate symbol, code, or both.
Revenue Analysis
Track income across multiple dimensions:
- Revenue Over Time — line chart showing daily, weekly, or monthly revenue trends with growth percentage chips (green for positive, red for negative)
- Revenue by Category — breakdown by equipment category, service type, or project type
- Revenue by Client — ranked list of clients by total spend with percentage of overall revenue
Payment Collection Rate
Measures the percentage of invoiced amounts actually collected within their payment terms. Displayed as a gauge chart with target zones: green (above 90%), orange (70–90%), and red (below 70%). Track this metric monthly to identify collection issues early.
Aged Receivables
Outstanding invoices grouped by age, with colour-coded tiers:
| Age Bracket | Colour | Description |
|---|---|---|
| 0–30 days | Green | Current — within standard payment terms |
| 31–60 days | Orange | Overdue — first follow-up recommended |
| 61–90 days | Red | Significantly overdue — escalation required |
| 90+ days | Dark Red | Critical — risk of bad debt |
Cash Flow Chart
A waterfall visualisation showing income and expense categories building towards your net cash position. Green bars represent income sources, orange bars represent expense categories, and the final bar displays the net cash flow for the selected period.

Invoice Reports
Filter and analyse invoices by status:
- Outstanding — unpaid invoices within payment terms
- Overdue — invoices past their due date
- Paid — completed payments with date and method

Summary cards at the top display:
- Total Revenue — income from subrented items
- Total Cost — supplier charges
- Net Profit — revenue minus cost
- Average Profit Margin — overall margin percentage
Charts: a Revenue vs Cost line chart comparing both values over time, and a Profit Margin Distribution doughnut chart showing the spread of margins across items.
Breakdown table: lists each piece of equipment with its project count, revenue, cost, profit, and a colour-coded margin chip (green for healthy, orange for moderate, red for low).
Expense Tracking
Reports on operational expenses including equipment purchases, repair costs, transport, and crew wages. Categorised expenses can be compared against budgets to identify overspend areas.
